Judicial Summary

Guaranteed Income Payment under Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) Order 2011- Articles 16(10) and 64(2)(b) of AFCS Order 2011 鈥� the Guaranteed Income Payment is only payable when service in the Armed Forces ends 鈥� this is the case irrespective of whether the service was in the regular forces or the reserve forces.
