Dr Samantha Milton

Biography

Dr Samantha Milton was appointed Head of High Cost Civil Complex Cases in April 2021. She joined the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) in March 2017 as Head of the Public Defender Service.

Before joining the LAA, Samantha was Head of Feedback and Decision Making at the Department for Work and Pensions. Samantha has previously worked for the Ministry of Justice, Department for Business and Home Office.
