If, as the applicant, you are a landowner or leaseholder, you can authorise an agent to: 听

If, as the applicant, you are a developer, ecologist or another person, you can authorise an agent to record allocation of off-site biodiversity gains to a development. 听
It must be the applicant who completes this form. 听

- Send it to the agent who will be acting on your behalf. They must send this with their application form when:

- registering a gain site and recording allocation of off-site biodiversity gains to a development at the same time
