Details

We suspend the status of an ACSP if we are investigating, or have asked them to provide more information about their:聽聽

business or Anti-伊人直播 Laundering (AML) supervision聽
filings with Companies House聽
identity verification process (if they have verified someone鈥檚 identity for Companies House)聽

We cease (remove) the status of an ACSP if they:聽聽

tell us they no longer want to be registered聽
do not comply with legal requirements聽

This list is updated with any changes every 2 weeks. If an ACSP has been ceased or suspended recently, it could take up to 2 weeks to be added to the list. If there have been no changes to the list, we will not publish an update.
