Details

A responsible person is a person within your organisation nominated to supervise the administrators.

The request to change a responsible person should be made by the existing responsible person or a duly authorised person within your organisation such as a company director, company secretary, partner or equivalent.

Submit your application

The responsible person or a duly authorised person can:

  • fill in form AFS6 and send it to the address on the form
