Budget notice and accompanying note

The Contract Budget notice sets out the parameters that apply to聽CfD聽Allocation Round 7. The budget available in the聽AR7聽auction will be:

• 拢900 million for Pot 3 (offshore wind)
• 拢180 million for Pot 4 (floating offshore wind)

The accompanying note provides a more detailed explanation of the information in the Budget Notice.

Counterparty Costs Notice

CfD聽applicants may apply to the聽CfD聽Counterparty (LCCC) to request 鈥榤inor and necessary鈥� modifications to the聽CfD聽contract. This notice sets out the threshold above which the costs likely to be incurred by聽LCCC聽as a result of the modification would not be considered 鈥榤inor鈥�. We have set this threshold at 拢20,000 for聽CfD聽Allocation Round 7/7a.
