This notice sets out how we will process your personal data, and your rights. It is made under Articles 13 and/or 14 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).听听

This Privacy Notice concerns the Cyber Security Longitudinal Survey Wave Four. The Cyber Security Longitudinal Survey surveys businesses and charities about their cyber security.听听
The Cyber Security Longitudinal Survey is commissioned by the DSIT (鈥渨e鈥 and 鈥渦s鈥, 鈥淒SIT鈥). DSIT is the Controller for the personal information processed as part of this survey.听听
Ipsos Ltd works on behalf of DSIT for the Cyber Security Longitudinal Survey as a data processor (to collect and process personal information). DSIT will not have access to any personal data. Ipsos鈥檚 Privacy Notices provide more information on how your personal data will be processed.听
1. Your Data听
DSIT will not process any personal data. Information on personal data is provided by Ipsos, our data processor, in their Privacy Notices.

The purpose(s) for which Ipsos is processing your personal data is to conduct Wave 5 of the Cyber Security Longitudinal Survey (including an online/telephone survey and follow-up interviews). This research informs government policy on cyber security.听

DSIT will not receive or store any personal data. Our data processor, Ipsos, has provided information on retention of personal data in their Privacy Notices.听

You have the right to request information about how your personal data are processed, and to request a copy of that personal data.听听

You have the right to request that any incomplete personal data are completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.听听
You have the right to request that your personal data are erased if there is no longer a justification for them to be processed.听听
You have the right in certain circumstances (for example, where accuracy is contested) to request that the processing of your personal data is restricted.听听
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where it is processed for direct marketing purposes.听听
