The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for North Eastern England decided:

the restricted goods vehicle operator licence OB2042074 held by JT Construction (NE) Ltd is revoked with immediate effect, pursuant to Section 26(1)(a), (e), (f) and (h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (鈥渢he 1995 Act鈥�).

JT Construction (NE) Ltd and director Towson Smith are disqualified for 12 months, until 3 March 2024, from holding or obtaining any type of operator鈥檚 licence in any traffic area and (in Mr Smith鈥檚 case) from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence, pursuant to Section 28(1), (4) and (5) of the 1995 Act.
