Details

On 19 March 2018, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) published its White Paper on 鈥淧rotecting Defined Benefit Pension Schemes鈥�. This follows the consultation on the Green Paper 鈥淪ecurity and Sustainability in Defined Benefit Pension Schemes鈥� published in February 2017. This bulletin sets out the government鈥檚 proposals and plans for future consultation, legislation and regulatory frameworks.
