If something is not working with the online appeal form, or you need guidance about how to apply, contact the SEND tribunal. They cannot give you legal advice.

If you do not have access to the internet or do not feel confident using it, contact We Are Group. You may be eligible for a free appointment to help you access and use the online appeal form. They cannot give you legal advice.

Who can appeal

You can appeal a decision as a:

• parent, someone with parental responsibility, or someone who cares for a child
• young person aged 16 to 24 (or an advocate or 鈥榓lternative person鈥� acting on their behalf)

Open a document聽

You can download and open PDF documents on your device. Downloading enables more features to be used, such as printing.听

Adobe Reader is a free to use PDF viewer. You can use this to view, fill in and print PDF documents. You do not need to sign up for a free trial.听

Follow these steps:聽

2. Right-click on the document link then select 鈥楽ave link as鈥� or 鈥楧ownload linked file鈥�.听

3. Save the form (in your 鈥榙ocuments鈥� folder, for example).听

4. Open Adobe Reader and then select the saved form.听
