This presentation was prepared by the Growth Gateway programme team in collaboration with the Boston Consulting Group to support investors in understanding Mozambique鈥檚 Energy Transition Strategy (ETS).

The playbook sets out a roadmap to mobilise over 拢63 billion by 2050, equipping investors with a set of tools guiding project development, investor engagement, and capital allocation to deliver a just and inclusive energy transition. It provides insights into how Mozambique must transform its energy mix to meet its Energy Transition Strategy (ETS) targets and ensure renewable, inclusive energy access by 2050.

The playbook provides a strategic framework to support the country鈥檚 shift towards this clean energy system. It outlines a 10-step approach for programme leads to build and manage project pipelines, prioritise investments, and attract funding across 14 national programmes.
