The letters to Robert Hannigan, former Director, GCHQ. The Committee鈥檚 advice, that the independent consultancy and commissions be subject to conditions, was accepted. The Committee was unable to provide advice on Mr Hannigan鈥檚 application to work with BlueteamGlobal, as the appointment had already been announced.
