Details

The Intensive Supervision Courts are a form of problem-solving court designed to address the root causes of offending behaviour, with the goal of reducing reoffending and supporting offenders to turn their lives around for good.

The Ministry of Justice is seeking to expand the pilot, with a particular focus on targeting prolific offenders or those at risk of becoming a prolific offender. The application window closes on 17 October 2025.
