Decision by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990聽to approve a Deed of Variation between Longfield Solar Energy Farm Limited and various parties including relevant local planning authorities. The Deed of Variation varies the existing Deed of Development Consent Obligations and Other Covenants which was signed by the same parties in connection with The Longfield Solar Farm Development Consent Order 2023 under the Planning Act 2008.
