The Plan for Neighbourhoods programme was renamed Pride in Place Programme on 25听September 2025. The guidance for the 75 previously announced Plan for Neighbourhoods locations will be updated to reflect the renaming of the programme. Boards should continue to prepare to submit their Regeneration Plans by 28 November 2025.听鈥�

The guidance provides Neighbourhood Boards and accountable bodies receiving funding from the Plan for Neighbourhoods programme information about:听
- accountable bodies and Neighbourhood Board roles and responsibilities听
- governance structure requirements for Neighbourhood Boards听
- the process by which places should confirm their Neighbourhood Board arrangements and boundary to听MHCLG听
- geographical boundaries for places in receipt of funding听
- the associated听MHCLG听review process
Places must confirm their Neighbourhood Board memberships and place boundaries by 23:59pm on 22 April 2025.
