Details

If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the Provision of Services (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 will come into effect, and make changes to the existing regulations. This guidance explains the duties and obligations for UK businesses, government departments and Competent Authorities in that situation.

Until this time, the remain unchanged and you should refer to the existing guidance.
