Introduction
This document contains the names of all employers鈥� associations entered on the list of employers鈥� associations maintained by the Certification Officer under section 123 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. For information on listing please see [Chapter 1 of the Certification Officer鈥檚 annual report] (insert link when published).

About the list
Entry in the list means no more than that the body concerned satisfies the statutory definition of an employers鈥� association and has applied to be listed.
Any employers鈥� association may apply to the Certification Officer to have its name included in the official list. For more information on the process of listing and the definition of an employer鈥檚 association, see chapter 1 and appendix 2 of the Certification Officer鈥檚 annual report.
About annual returns
Employers鈥� associations must send the Certification Officer an annual return which the Certification Officer is required to make available to the public. You can view the relevant annual returns from the links on this list.
They are also available for public inspection at the Certification Officer鈥檚 premises between 9:30 am and 4.30 pm.

In addition annual returns of employers鈥� associations no longer in existence can be inspected at The National Archives in Kew, Richmond, Surrey TW9 4DU. Please contact the Certification Office to arrange viewing.
