Details

The Regulators鈥� Pioneer Fund (RPF4) aims to:

  • keep the UK at the forefront of regulatory innovation and experimentation
  • help create a UK regulatory environment that fosters business innovation and investment

The fund will sponsor projects led by regulators or local authorities.

This funding round was delivered by the Regulators鈥� Pioneer Fund (RPF), part of the Regulatory Innovation Office (RIO), launched by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT)

Round 4 ran from opened on 22 May 2025 and 1 July 2022 and closed on Thursday 31 July 2025. Round 4 winners announced on 22 October 2025.
