This guidance aims to help car and van manufacturers registering vehicles in Great Britain understand and meet their obligations under the .

The VETS Order creates 4 trading schemes 鈥� 2 for cars and 2 for vans. One car and van scheme implements a zero emission vehicle (ZEV) mandate. The other car and van scheme implements a CO2 regulation framework.

Car schemes may interact with each other, as may van schemes, but there is no interaction between car and van schemes.
