February 2025: mSCAPE Genomics

On Wednesday 19 February, our UKHSA Presents webinar explored UKHSA鈥檚 groundbreaking work in the use of pathogen genomics.鈥�疧ur panel of speakers focused on the world-first metagenomics Surveillance Collaboration and Analysis Programme (mSCAPE), which has been developed to aid in the rapid detection of infectious diseases that could threaten the UK.
