Joe Payne is the president and CEO of ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ Software, the leader in Insider Risk Management, which focuses on reducing the risk of data leakage from insiders while enabling the collaboration culture. Joe is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record leading high growth security and technology companies. With a passion for identifying and solving emerging market needs, Joe engages personally in product strategy and direction, while growing and providing vision and guidance to a world-class team of security executives. Previously, Joe served as CEO of eSecurity, the first SIEM software company. He also served as the president of iDefense prior to its acquisition by VeriSign. At iDefense, Joe led some of the best white-hat security researchers in the world and worked with the top financial institutions and government agencies in the United States to improve their risk profile.

Joe also has held additional executive positions at eGrail, MicroStrategy, InteliData and Eloqua. As CEO of Eloqua, Joe led the team to $125 million in revenue, a successful IPO and a subsequent acquisition by Oracle.ÌýJoeÌýcurrently serves on the Board of Directors of First Focus Campaign for Children, a non-partisan, not-for-profit advocacy organization.ÌýÌýJoeÌýpreviously served on the boards of Dealertrack (NASDAQ: TRAK), Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), Eloqua (NASDAQ: ELOQ), Workfront, TrackMaven, Plex, e-Security, eGrail, and Ecutel.

Joe received his Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business where he was a Fuqua scholar. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University. When not hard at work, you can find Joe cheering for the U.S. National Soccer Team or his beloved Duke Blue Devils. Joe is married with four children.

In her role as ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥â€™s chief financial officer, Maria Izurieta brings 25 years of financial and executive leadership experience. At ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, she will be instrumental in advancing the company’s long-term financial management and strategic planning strategies as well as leading the finance, accounting, procurement and facilities functions and teams.

In prior roles, Maria consistently delivered exponential growth through financial, strategic and operational initiatives for private and publicly-traded technology companies. She most recently was CFO of Expel, a managed detection and response provider, achieving a $1B valuation during her tenure. A serial growth stage executive, Maria was also the CFO of Challenger, 3Pillar Global and VIPdesk and served as CEO and CFO of Wireless Matrix. She held a financial leadership position at CyberCash, Inc. and began her career with Coopers & Lybrand. Maria was a board member and audit committee chair of ExactEarth (TSX:XCT), a leading SaaS provider of global maritime vessel data for ship tracking and maritime situational awareness solutions.

Maria has a strong commitment to developing the next generation of leaders through her volunteer efforts with BooleanGirls, Northern Virginia Family Services, TechCFO Network of the Greater Washington Area and WomenSquared. She also is a member of Women in Technology’s Leadership Foundry and Women’s Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.Ìý

Spending time with her teenage daughters and husband, exploring outdoors, gardening, traveling, reading and pairing the perfect wine with a sunset are a few ways she re-charges.

As chief technology officer, Rob leads our software development and delivery teams. He brings more than 20 years of security, cloud, mobile, and IT management experience to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥.

Prior to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Rob worked as vice president of research and development at Ivanti, where he led and shaped the company’s evolution from IT management technologies to security-focused solutions, with projects ranging from cloud-delivered analytics to hybrid cloud security. Prior to Ivanti, Rob served as senior director of research and development at VMware, the leader in virtualization and hybrid cloud.

Rob has published several papers on information technology and mobility and co-authored the first published book on wireless application protocol in the United States. His passion for the IT Industry, plotting its tracks and keeping a pulse on its future, and his expertise has made him a high-demand speaker throughout the international IT community.

Rob graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in computer science and a concentration in economics. In his spare time, he’s often moving his three ice hockey/lacrosse-playing children between rinks, or watching his Stanley Cup-destined Minnesota Wild play.

As Chief Information Security Officer, Dennis Dayman leads global risk and compliance, security operations, incident response, and external and internal threat management and investigations. Dennis boasts over 25 years of expertise in security/privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance, with notable roles at Maropost, Return Path, and Eloqua, where he ensured compliance and spearheaded privacy initiatives.

Dennis also serves as a member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee – providing policy, operational, and technological advice on issues within DHS that relate to data integrity and data privacy-related matters. Dayman is also a U.S. Delegate for the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) within the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Before joining ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Dayman served as the Resident CISO for Proofpoint.

An active contributor to industry boards like M3AAWG and IAPP, Dayman shapes digital communication regulations and serves as a mentor and investor in startups. Holding a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University, his contributions continue to impact internet governance and data protection globally.

Aida Kamber is Chief Marketing Officer for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ and is responsible for the company’s global demand generation, product marketing, business development, customer and channel marketing activities.

Aida brings 15 years of digital and growth marketing experience for high-growth, private and publicly-traded B2B companies in technology and healthcare. She has led multiple companies through digital transformation, building and strengthening their revenue operations, multi-channel marketing programs, ROI processes and account based program implementation.

Originally from Bosnia, Aida grew up in the Atlanta area where she now lives with her husband and two daughters. She completed her B.A in Spanish and international business and earned an MBA from Georgia State University.

During her free time, she enjoys dancing, traveling and watching her girls at swim and gymnastics meets.

Vijay is the senior vice president of Expert Practices & Education for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥. He brings more than 18 years of experience in product strategy, product management, product development and quality assurance to the role.

Prior to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Vijay worked for Oracle, where he most recently led product management for the WebCenter Content product suite. Before Oracle, he worked at Stellent in product management and engineering roles, helping build market-leading content management products.

Vijay received his Executive MBA from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain), and earned an Executive Certificate in Technology and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Business. Vijay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. When not working on cool products at ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥,ÌýVijay spends time catching up on movies, or creating music in his home studio.

Dave is the senior vice president of product management for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥. He brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience to his role where he has responsibility for product vision, strategy and execution of the ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥Â® ±õ²Ô³¦²â»å°ùâ„¢ data risk detection and response product.

Prior to his time at ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Dave earned deep B2B product expertise at a number of security and technology start-ups and public companies. He ran product management and marketing at BluVector, a machine learning based network detection and response solution that was acquired by Comcast, and served in both product management and marketing executive roles at Verint, TruSecure, eSecurity/Novell, and Raytheon SilentRunner.

Dave is an Economics graduate of St. Lawrence University, and lives with his wife and two kids in the Washington D.C. area. When not advancing ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥’s ground-breaking Insider Risk Management product, he can be found on the ski slopes, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, traveling to national tennis tournaments or cheering on his son, who races cross country for WashU.

Jason is responsible for building and scaling ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥â€™s business by leading the Sales and Customer Success Teams for its market defining Insider Risk Management solutions. Jason has more than 20 years management experience with industry leading security and technology companies. Prior to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, he was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for ThreatTrack Security. Prior to that, he was at Internet security firm, Verisign, Inc (VRSN) for 10 years, holding several senior management positions, including General Manager and Vice President of Security Services. Jason has also held several sales and marketing positions with technology and security firms, including, eSecurity, Cardiff Software, e-Grail and Microstrategy.

Jason attended the University of Kansas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. In his free time Jason enjoys hanging out with his wife and three children and can usually be found snowboarding, cycling, hiking or watching Kansas basketball.

As the VP of People for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Kathy is responsible for leading the company’s People activities through Talent Acquisition, Education and Development, People Business Partnerships and Benefits teams. She brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥. Kathy’s empathetic and relationship-first approach to leadership and her commitment to building a customer-focused and team-first workforce, cultivates an incredible employee experience and culture that is consistently recognized as an Inc. Best Workplace and Star Tribune Top Workplace.

Prior to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, Kathy worked as a Director of Human Resources for Sportradar US, a leading sports technology company and as a Director, HR Consulting & Staffing with non-profit, Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities.Ìý

Kathy attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and has a Professional in Human Resources Certification. Kathy lives with her husband, two daughters and labradoodle in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, being a team mom for her daughters’ sports activities, singing and attending musicals.

As chief legal officer, David Huberman brings to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ more than 20 years of wide-ranging legal and executive leadership experience at both private and public companies.

Before ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, he served as general counsel and corporate secretary at Rally Software, a leading provider of enterprise-class application lifecycle management SaaS, software, and services solutions, until Rally’s acquisition by CA Technologies in 2015. Prior to Rally, David was general counsel and corporate secretary at Webroot, a provider of cloud-based Internet security and security intelligence solutions, and assistant general counsel at Intrado, a provider of emergency communication services and technology. David was also an attorney with the Washington, D.C. firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding.

David earned his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA in public policy studies from Duke University. David lives in Denver with his wife, son, daughter, and golden retriever.

As the VP of Customer Experience for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, AJ is responsible for leading the company’s Customer Journey activities through the Technical Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success Engineering teams. He brings more than 19 years of consulting experience to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥. AJ’s prescriptive operational innovations with a customer first approach leads to maximized customer success through each interaction.

AJ has earned deep technical expertise during his ten years of service to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥. Prior to ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, AJ worked as a Senior Software Consultant at Fishbowl Solutions, a leading software and custom solutions company.

AJ graduated from Saint John’s University with a B.A. in Computer Science and Communication and has earned and maintained his CISSP certification. AJ lives with his wife in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. In his spare time, he enjoys getting out in nature, working on his house, and volunteering his time.
